He called and arrived right on time. He looked at the lock and knew immediately what the problem was. He went right to work and had the lock repaired in no time. Did a great job!!

One of the best contractors I have ever worked with!! When Aaron came to install our door he saw that the door manufacturer did not design the door properly for a commercial building and there was not a self-closer nor any room to add one. The manufacturer said we were on our own and took no responsibility. Aaron never gave up on finding a solution to the problem! He added self-closing industrial hinges and our door is perfect. I can't say enough good things about Aaron and the exceptional service!

Our iron doors lock broke, we had several locksmiths come to take a look, and try to fix. We thought we were going to have to buy two new doors, for just a lock. But Ironworks Entryway Surgeon, came to the rescue. He sent his genius son, and it was fixed in 15 minutes. The service they provided me was exceptional. They not only did a phenomenal job on the removal of my old door and side lights, but they were also able to do a phenomenal job with the install. They were timely, accurate, professional, organized. And the cleanup was so well done that it appeared as if they were never in my home at all. They swept several times inside and outside during installation and after. And mopped the entire area. They covered all nails, caulked the door inside and out and even painted a few areas to ensure that everything looked impeccable. I am beyond happy with the job that they did. If you change your mind and need him to come back and re-measure, he will be there. He's an expert in this space and very knowledgeable - I enjoyed picking his brain and getting his opinion. When we bought our French door for our basement entry, we were given Aaron's contact info for installation. The door we purchased and the door that was delivered to us were NOT the same. <br /> The door we received was too short AND too narrow. We called the store, but they didn't have any more of the door we wanted in stock. Aaron and his crew took the door and made adjustments to fill the offset and secure it. They filled the gaps with small cell foam insulation and then added trim on the interior and painted it. On the exterior, they worked on the brick mold to make it fit perfectly with the door. They even put a keystone at the top. We cannot believe how wonderful our new French door looks! We are super happy, Thanks Aaron!!

Aaron and his crew replaced the original, wooden front door which had been heavily weathered over 35+ years. In three hours, they removed the old single door and sidelights and installed the new fiberglass double door. They made sure it was plumb and square, opened and closed smoothly, and made a tight weather seal. They also reinstalled and painted the trim, fitting it to the new door profile. Aaron's communication with us before and during the job was very professional, and they exceeded our expectations for the quality of the job.
